Abortion is and has always been one of RFSUs most important issues. Women and gender non-comforming peoples right to chose if and when to give birth a fundemantal human right. We have free abortion until week 18 in Sweden since 1975, but abortion is still illegal in many countries. This broschyre provides information on the swedish abortion law and statistics on abortion in Sweden. Furthermore we discuss the growing opposition to abortion and we safe and free abortion care is so important.
